Privacy & planning notes

Updated 14 October 2026

Your private plan

This service stores account identity and the information you choose to enter: grades, saved universities, comparisons, course plans and planning preferences. Grades are not included in public university data or shared with other account holders. Hosting providers and trusted technical maintainers process stored data to operate the service.

Sign-in

Google sign-in uses basic identity only: your Google account identifier, verified email and display name. It does not request access to Gmail or Drive. Username accounts store salted, peppered password hashes, not plaintext passwords. The administrator must verify the authorized Google account and enter a separate PIN.

Storage

The service is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and D1. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Your active plan is also stored on this device; sign out on shared devices to clear it. Public map and university files may be cached, but account APIs and personal pages are not cached for offline use. Earlier pre-account plans may be preserved in encrypted recovery archives accessible only through the authorized administrator.

Control your information

You can edit or remove grade inputs and planning entries. Toolkit exports are downloaded to your device and are your responsibility to keep private. For account access, export or removal requests, contact supakiatsm@gmail.com. Username password recovery is not yet available; use Google if you need its account recovery.

Planning limitations

This is an independent exchange-planning tool, not an official university service. Estimates are not confirmed academic dates. Verify eligibility, course availability, examinations, transfer credits and travel requirements with official sources before making commitments.
